Send Photos

To upload photos to us, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Make sure your digital images are at least 300 dpi, not reduced in any way, and saved as .jpg (.jpeg) files.
  2. Choose to upload each photo one at a time below, or simply place photos into a compressed (zipped) file.  Placing them in a zipped file is easiest for multiple photos.
  3. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you upon our receipt of the file(s).
  4. We will then send you further instructions.


If you are mailing your photos, please click on the icon above to download form, print and fill it out, and send it with your photos so we can properly identify them. If you don’t have a printer, you can email it to us at . A confirmation email with instructions will be sent to you upon our receipt of your shipment.

If you don’t have a printer, please clearly write on a clean sheet of paper your:

  1. Full Name (First and Last)
  2. Address (Street, City, State, Zip)
  3. E-Mail Address
  4. Phone Number
  5. Number of Photos

A confirmation email and instructions will be sent to you upon our receipt of your shipment.

Please be extremely careful when packing your photos for shipment as we are not liable for any damages that may occur while in transit.  If you’re sending only one or just a few, please make sure to put them between pieces of cardboard so they don’t bend.  For larger groups of photos, carefully pack them so they cannot be bent or torn while in transit.  We encourage you to insure your photos.
